How To Make Avocado Paste In Factory

By skena / 2025-09-23

Avocado paste is a popular ingredient in salads, sandwiches, and dips, and making it efficiently in a factory requires the right machines and a clear process. Below is a step-by-step guide that’s easy to follow, even for those new to industrial food production.

First, raw material selection and cleaning are key. Factories start with ripe avocados—they should be slightly soft when pressed, with no bruises or rot. Workers sort the avocados manually to remove bad ones, then send them to a rotary washing machine. This machine uses high-pressure water jets to clean off dirt, pesticides, and debris. The water is recycled to save resources, and the avocados move through the machine on a conveyor belt, ensuring every surface is cleaned.

Next is peeling and pitting. Since manual peeling is slow, factories use an automatic avocado peeler and pitter. The machine gently holds each avocado, cuts it in half, removes the pit, and peels off the skin in seconds. The peeled avocado flesh drops onto a clean conveyor belt, while the peels and pits are collected separately for composting—this reduces waste and is eco-friendly.

Then comes mashing and mixing. The avocado flesh is sent to a industrial food processor (or a specialized avocado masher). These machines have sharp blades that blend the flesh into a smooth paste. Depending on the recipe, factories add ingredients like salt, lemon juice (to prevent browning), or olive oil at this stage. The processor mixes everything evenly—some machines even have sensors to check the paste’s consistency, ensuring it’s not too thick or too thin.

After mixing, quality control and packaging are crucial. A small sample of the paste is tested for taste, texture, and safety (to check for bacteria). Once approved, the paste is pumped into a filling machine. This machine fills jars, tubes, or plastic containers with the paste, and a capping machine seals the containers tightly to keep the paste fresh. Finally, a labeling machine adds tags with ingredients, expiration dates, and brand info, and the products are packed into boxes for shipping.

With the right avocado paste making machines, making avocado paste in a factory is fast, consistent, and hygienic—ensuring customers get a delicious product every time!
